HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
You can return an order by clicking Return & Replace on the My Orders page.
* We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
* We do not accept returns for boxer shorts due to hygiene concerns.
*We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
*There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
*Wallet refund will get credited within 24 hours of your product being picked.
*NEFT refund process takes 72 hours.

Return & Replace
- You can return your order within 15 days of order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount (Without Shipping Charge) will be credited back to your Ekchala wallet/ bank. Once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- Please allow us 5-7 working days to initiate your reverse pick-up.
- Keep the package ready along with the INVOICE and all the TAGS/LABELS intact.
- Kindly do not seal the packet so that our delivery boy can check the products before pick up.
Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the products you want to replace and then use the stored credit we have given in your Ekchala wallet to place the order for the new product.
- Amounts once refunded in the wallet can not be refunded to the bank account.
- The wallet amount is subject to expire. Expire date is visible in the My wallet section.
- It takes 3 to 4 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
- In case if you enter incorrect details ekchala.com is not liable for the loss.
- The promotional amount or coupon will not be refunded to your bank account.
